However there seems to be no golden formula for success – or is there? This session sheds light on how to use the popular crowdfunding platform to the fullest. Joining us via livestream Liz Cook, Director of Documentary Film at Kickstarter will share insider tips and tricks on how to unlock the potential of the platform. Afterwards, Mikkel Mainz (Tales of Alethrion), Nikolas Kiær (serial Kickstarter) and Sarah Joy Jungen (Drops) will host a panel discussion on their learnings on Kickstarter.

Liz Cook

About the speaker:

Liz Cook is the Director of Documentary Film at Kickstarter. Previously she has worked in France with the U.S. State Department, in India with A.R. Rahman, composer and musician, and in NYC as the acquisitions manager for the digital distributor, SnagFilms. She has spoken at a variety of film festivals including Sundance, SXSW, TIFF, Tribeca, Cannes, Shef- field Doc Fest, Hot Docs, and IDFA.
