MasterClass: The Making of ‘Away’

MasterClass: The Making of ‘Away’

Directly from Latvia, Gints Zilbalodis will talk about the making of one of the year’s most peculiar animated features: ‘Away’. The film marks Zilbalodis’ directorial debut – a blend of fantasy, stunning visuals and poetic storytelling. Gints served as director, producer, animator, and composer for ‘Away’ and during his masterclass we will learn how he managed to finish the project counting on a very barebones production team, namely himself. You can watch ‘Away’ on Sunday February 2.
